I just purchased a 2 bottom plow at auction but it doesn't have markings of any kind. I've done some research and have seen some evidence on this site that the plow might be an Oliver. But this is a little confusing to me because the original color appears to be red and most of the other equipment at this auction was Ford.

I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look at my plow and pass on whatever information you might have.

I really enjoy your site. Keep up the good work.

Thanks in advance,

Danny

I am not a plow guy, But it is either an Oliver or a Ford. Remember Oliver built some plows for ford. Clean the back of the moleboards off Oliver stamped the number of the bottom on each moleboard. Also on the back of the heal for the landside look for some numbers. If it is an Oliver plow the first number will be a 3. Mounted Oliver plows in my time started with a 3, Pull types a 4. since yours is a 2 bottom if it is an Oliver it could be like a 32?? It is raining this morning but like Chris and some of the other guys who post on here and farm are busy this time of the year. Questions

I have the same plow. It is a oliver. I do not have model number at my location. You can send your photos to the museum at charles city, iowa and they will have a manual for it.

The plow is adjustable to handle 12", 14" and 16" bottoms.
