I'm not sure if I asked this before but I got it somewhere and can't seem to find it now..Here goes I have run engine but need to check valves and I can't seem tofind specs for doing thisI know there is an order and still have marks on pulley just need order of things.Thank you you guy's have been very helpful to me with this project.

It is best to start with the front or number one cylinder. If I remember correctly you have the Super 55 gas. Anyhow turn the engine over in the direction of rotaion until the intakke valve (second valve from thefront closes and turn the crankshaft another 1/4 turn. Set both valves on number one cylinder. Turn the engine 1/2 turn and set the valves on #2 cylinder. Turn the engine another half turn and the first mark will again will be there. Set number four cylinder. Go the other 1/2 turn and set number three. You have 2 marks on the pulley and the cylinder you do at each mark add up to one more than the number of cylinders in the engine (1 & 4, 2 & 3) Questions?
