the recess of the vavles are the intake suppose to be flush or set in the exhaust are set in but 1600 are 1.024and 1800 and 88s are 850 or so so iam looking for the correct vavle to head survice measurment thank you again |

I never did the exhaust that way when I had the seat and guide machine. I do not have my shop manual handy righ at the minute and to my knowledge there never was dimension for the exhaust valves. I used to do the intakes and then measure their stem heigh and set the stem height for the exhaust to the same dimension. What is your intake recession now Now I am going by memory but I think your head is equipped with a full set of seats. What is your piston protrusion? |
