I have bought a 1950 Oliver 88 Diesel Row Crop. Can anyone tell me how many Diesels were made? I own mostly Minneapolis Moline LP Gas tractors, but a 550, 70 and this 88 have found their way to my collection. I posted this question on ytmag and never got a response. Thanks for any info. | ||

There currently is no breakdown of how many 880's had gas, diesel or LP engines. This may be changing in the near future, as the FLoyd County Museum in Charles City, Iowa now has the build cards for all Olivers built from the mid 1950's until the mid 1970's. Once they are able to go through them, they should be able to have the information you are looking for. But it is going to take them a while to go through all of those cards, so it could be a while before they get a list of info from these cards. But it should be worth the wait. |
