Just to let everybody know what tractors seems to be selling for in my area.
Auction today 10 mile NW of Jackson, MI.
All 3 tractors were parked in barns about 15 years ago and haven't been used since.

Cletrac AD with Hiel blade, complete and cosmetically very good condition. Not running but motor free - $1600.

1950 Oliver 66 row crop. All tin work, belt pulley, mechanical power lift, older repaint, but in very good cosmetic condition, decent tires. Not running, motor free - $1900.

1966 Oliver 770 row crop. 1700 hrs. showing on tach, would believe to be original from outstanding original condition of the tractor. Full hydrastatic steering, factory alternator, power-booster. Even has the Vern Losey and Son sales sticker on it. One rear tire had leaked chloride and caused serious damage to rim. Tires were craked but probably useable. Not running, but the motor was free. - $2800.

I have to go back and get the one thing I did buy (an old Gehl forage chopper for $10, appears to be in working condition). If they are still there, I'll take pictures to show their condition.

Hey Chris thanks for the info.
By the way, when I was a kid growing up in Lansing, we used to go to the Jackson Motor Speedway. I remember seeing Gordon Johncock that went on to race at Indy, where I also lived for a while growing up. For some reason I remember he had "Lucky Bingo Number 5" on the side of his car. I have no idea what that meant.

I went to pick up my Gehl and took the camera, but they were gone already. And if I had gotten home 1 minute earlier, I would have missed the rain and hail that soaked me before I could pull into the barn.

This coming weekend is a NASCAR weekend at MIS is Brooklyn. With us being about a 1/2 hour drive from there, we should start seeing the converted party buses that park on the infield going by on Wednesday.
Seems like there is always a race track within 10 miles of wherever you are in southern Michigan.

50's vintage Oliver Super 55 in good condition. Hasn't been used in approx. 4 years. Was running but had developed a loud knock. Possibly thrown rod or bearing. Also a self propelled Oliver mower. Don't know much about this. Father purchsed after I left home. He had it running before he passed away. Both items stored under roof and in good condition. Mother interested in selling both. Contact me at address below if interested.
