There is a line that comes up from the relief valve, then connects to a T fitting that feeds oil into the 3 point and a steel line that wraps around the back to feed the remotes. Where this line connects to the T fitting, add another T fitting and run a hose off from that for your pressure line. Below is a picture of the power beyond on my 4-225. The line that goes to the remotes goes around the front, but other than that is the same. I took a picture of this tractor because everything is out it the open and easy to see. The existing lines and fittings are marked in green and the T and hose we added are marked in red. Run the line that is marked red into your external, closed center valve. The return oil can go into a port on the back side of the reservoir, marked in the picture below by a red arrow. You will want to drain the hydraulic oil before removing this plug. The green arrow indicates where you can put the T fitting in for the pressure hose. We use our power beyond to run hydraulic motors, so we have a needle type shut-off valve and a female pioneer coupler on the pressure hose, and a male pioneer tip on the return port. This way we always get the hoses hooked up the right way. If you are only going to run it to a loader valve, you won't need the couplers or shut-off valves. |
