I have a friend who is restoring a 1960 -550
gas Oliver and is desperately looking for
the pto clutch assembly and also guages. He
isn't on line so I'm helping him out. We are
in Prince Edward County in Ontario. Any
info would be appreciated.

You can get the pto clutch parts and the gauges for the 550 at www.korvesoliver.com . If the items you are looking for aren't listed on their site, give them a call.

Chris are you being modest? JIm, you can click on the store link for this site. The Oliver Gang sells gauges. By the way Chris, will you guys be selling your wares at the Summer National Show In Illinois?

Me, modest??? Thanks for the plug about our gauges. But the 550 uses 2 cluster gauges and we only sell the individual yellow faced gauges. Korves Brothers also sells the yellow faced gauges at the same price we do, but I'm pretty sure they also can get the cluster gauges for the 550.

We will be selling our wares at both the Winter Get-together in Wentzville, MO and at the summer show in Pennfield IL this year. Are you going to Pennfield? Looks like it is going to be one heck of a show.

I sure plan on going to Penfield. I'm not sure if I'm going to drive or fly. I want to drive, cause I like snooping around when I drive, plus i plan on doing some shopping. On the other hand it's one heck of a drive. I'll be sure to stop by your booth.

That would be quite a haul. You could always ship stuff home, but that could cost a bit too with tractor parts.
Here's an idea, have Canada Grant stop over and then he can drive down with you. How far could it be for him? I saw him in California last year, so he must live on the west coast.... :-)

Canada Grant lives in Ontario, I think north of Toroonto near Perry sound., but I bet he'll be there. Grant has a relative out here though. He came up after the Winter Get together.

I knew he was in your area last year. Says he even got to meet you.

I got a good idea where Grant lives, still near the coast, but it's fresh water and makes for lots of snow. I was just seeing if I could get a rise out of him. I'm sure he's lurking around here somewhere..... :-)

Oh I'm here just snowed in on alternate days !! And any day that ends in a Y!!! Darn cold too -30 C last weekend with the wind chill -40 which is the same F or C. To our fellow canadian try Steve Radford 519-523-4922 north of London ontario he wrecked a 550 two years ago but parts go fast for them !! As to Pennfield I'm a heck of a lot closer than Super 55 is !! Depends on farm work as to whether I get there !!
