We have an Oliver 60 that has been sitting for years. It is pretty rusty from sitting outside. It doesn't run and needs back rims and tires. Any comments about its value would be appreciated - we don't want to take it straight to the scrap yard. Located in Dayton, Ohio. |

It would depend on how much of the sheet metal is there, and whether or not the motor is siezed up. With no sheet metal and a stuck motor, I'd say $100-$200 as a parts machine. If it is fairly complete and the motor isn't frozen, I would say in the $400 - $500 range. Even as a parts tractor, it is worth more than the scrap value. Interesting that you are in Dayton, I passed through Dayton today on my way home. Small world |
