Did Oliver ever offer a elevator or a forage blower? |

Oliver was truly a full line farm equipment manufacturer at a couple of points in it's history. They had a model 820 forage blower offered in the 60's. According to my info, the model 408 could also be used as a forage blower. I believe they sold a recutter/blower around the 1940's that was belt driven. While I have no information for an Oliver elevator, it wouldn't surprise me if they had sold one at one time. When Oliver bought the Farquhar company, it came with many products, including conveyors. Some of these conveyors could be used as a farm elevator, but I think their primary target was commercial and industrial customers. |
