I have nothing on a hay tedder, but Oliver did offer a couple of different models of mower-conditioners, both pull type and self propelled.

Oliver offered a Hay Tedeer in the mid to late 60s. The Tedder is pictured on page 29 of the Better Farming for Better Living, 1967 Edition. Mr. Jim Wormly who had become an exective of Oliver, came from JDs export division in Germany and brought it with him. The machines were used to fluff the hay in Europe to aid in drying. We commonly called it the Pheasant Flusher. The first model of Mower-Condition was the 437, it was replaced by the 438.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

For those of you that don't know, B A Star worked for Oliver for many years and has experience and memories of Oliver that many of us only wish that we had.

I personally hope to see more of BA Star's posts on here. Thanks again
