Can anyone give me info on an Oliver 21 or 82 sickle mower. I know it has two small wheels in the back. Thanks, Geoffrey |

What is the length of the bar on that? Was this a trustworthy machine? It looks kind of shakey... Are there many around? I have a JD #8 sickle mower on the back of my 77 D and even though i might get booed on this site, it does work pretty good. But mainly i credit the tractor... |

In 1941 Oliver shows a 21-B in there literture. In the late 1950s they came out with No82. This information came from OLIVER HART-PARR by C.H. Wendel. |

Your pictures show either a model 22 or a 22A. I am fixing one, but no one can tell me the correct color combination or the difference between a 22 and a 22A. I think a 22 had a brass pivot on the pitman and the 22A had needle bearings on the pitman pivot. If you get an information please post it at http://www.ytmag.com/oliver/wwwboard1.html Good luck! |
