I have an OC4 crawler with a dozer blade. I'm looking for a service manual, but I haven't been able to find one that matches my machine. Here's the info I have. Model: OC4-42-IND S/N 2TC 744. Engine: 4 cyl, gas, flathead, Hercules Model IXB-3, SN 3651253TC. I'm looking for a book or books that cover the chasis and, more importantantly, the motor. I have a parts book that matches the chassis, but not the motor; it's for an OC-4 Series B Industrial crawler (though it says "tractor" on the cover). Any info would be appreciated. |

Visit www.olivercletrac.com - home page of Zimmerman Oliver Cletrac. They'll have the manuals, parts, and pretty much anything you'd need for your crawler. |

There really never was a service manual for those tractors. The operators manual covered all the steps necessary. When each crawler was shipped an operator's manual and a parts book were included. Now Hercules also printed what they called a maintaince manual. It covered the operation and basic overhaul instructions. An FYI for you there were 2 OC-4 series B tractors in this neighborhood with 3 point hitches that were used as "farm tractors" complete with 3-point hich. One planted and cultivated radish the other one sugar beets. If you need some information quick I should be able to help with that this week. Next week I am out of state on a business trip. I will need to look I might have 2 of those OC-4 manual s like you need. |
