I think I am missing something> Do you mean a drawbar that goes in the 3 point links? If so your sway blocks should take care of that. Your tractor has a seperate drawbar correct? |

I meant lift arms there is no way that I can see to keep them from swinging side to side |

I know now what you mean. On each lift arm should be a flat piece metal about 1/8 inch thick, 1 inch wide and about 2-1/2 inches in length with a hole on the end. A spring like n overgrown screen door spring clips in those holes and keeps the arms tight against the sway blocks. My boy has a competitive brand tractor and it does the same thing and it does not have the clips. He ties a tarp strap across each one. |

Thanks John I see what you are talking about. I will try to fabricate something a little sturdier to keep my hay mover from moving. |

It sounds like you might be missing some of the sway blocks that go in there. There is a cast iron block that bolts on each side of the drawbar frame, and on each three point arm is a square steel block with a steel plate over that. There were even shims available to to fine tune how much side play there is. |

In an addendum to what Chris said, the cast blocks on the drawbar support can also be un-bolted from their narrow at the bottom wide at the top position, and re-bolted so that there is constant width. It sound like that is what you are trying for. |
