Ian,
Any chance you could find me a hydraulic cylinder for the dipper arm on a 1600 industrial backhoe? I can get you some measurements and part numbers if you need them. I sent mine in to AIS to get rebuilt as it had been cobbled some in a previous rebuild, and they say it pretty much needs replaced to the tune of $1750. I'd be happy with a good used one. It's for a 15' backhoe, and the dipper and boom cylinders are identical. Even if I could get a bucket or outrigger cylinder, that would help, as the head is the same in all of the cylinders on that unit, and that's what I need. |

Get me some numbers and I'll run it over the e-net. Have you talked to C&T Hydraulics in Lansing (used to be Hydraulics of Lansing)? They keep rod and barrel stock on hand. I'll go on HPOCA forum and try and PM you my work numbers and e-mail address. |
