I have hyd oil coming up through the steering column on a 1650 6speed with a hi/low. I am assuming a seal is bad in the valve, wondering if anything else can be wrong and ? how to adjust the screw on top of the valve when done overhauling it? | ||

Well the seal on the steering column could be leaking and the O ring that seal could be bad. There is no adjustment on that valve but there is an O-ring. Is this a gas or diesel? Me I would unhook the battery(s) then would fold the dash over if a diesel and give it a little pull turn the steering wheel and look for all the leaks. |
