I just brought home a 1550 row crop. On the top of the dash above the instruments their are 2 bullet holes where something was screwed in. Any ideas. Not on actual dash but on the top of the dash even with the hood.

Well a radio is mounted to the right fender so I ruled that out. Looks like factory treaded holes about 8 inches apart.

If you mean in that little white plate, there were two idiot lights. The first 1550 tractors did not have oil pressure and amp gauges. A lot of them had those gauges added. Send me a serial number and I will check.

John the holes are actually on top of the dash facing up. Serial number is 184-606-504.

I think I know now. There are two fuse holders that go in there. Send me a picture.

Maybe for the fuses for the hydra-lectric system if so equipped.

I just saw another pic of a 1750. It looked like it had some type of monitor bolted to the top. That has to be what the holes are for. Some aftermarket product.

Well you have me confused for sure now, The monitor would be for a sprayer or corn planter or the 2 holes for a heat houser.I know you don't see many of them in Florida. How about a picture?
