I am working on some 3's and 4's. I have several questions but right now I am having trouble with a gas engine governor. It is running up to fast and the throttle is only a few clicks up. Also there is what I consider a carrier bearing in the end of the bell housing that is bad. Am I also correct in that the U joints are the same as the Ford Model A?
Where can I get some information and parts?

Well I need to check on the bearing but a good bearing house may be able to help you. I think also you may have excessive wear in your weights and the pins they pivot on. The answer to the last question maybe. Not all used the same drive shaft.

Where can I find a rebuild kit for the governor?
