Are there bushings in the front sway bar that can be replaced? My whole wide front rotates a lot when ever I hit bumps.

No there are not. Your best bet it to tighten up the big nuts on the sway bar. To do this, you'll probably have to take them off and put another lock washer or something to space the nut out some, because the threads farther in on the sway bar are surely chewed up to the point of being unusable.
