Greetings,
I recently bought a 1967 cockshutt 1850.
The model number is 285-22862
Serial number is 192-082-427
Engine number is 354u32215
Iam wondering if anyone could help me with identification. The tractor is faded red with oliver green showing through under the tractor,
hitch, foot rests, etc. It has a cockshutt badge on the front grill but no lettering on the white side name plates. Any ideas?
Thanks, Dan

Quite simply it's an Oliver 1850
sold in Canada
When they were sold in Canada they were called Cockshutts from about 64 to 69
the lettering on the side places must have come off

It is a 1967 model year, diesel engine with the adjustable wide front axle. The u in the engine serial number shows that the engine was made in the United Kingdom.
