Here's a picture of the one on my 1957 Super 77. It has the 2 color shield, and yours should be the same.  Tractors before 1951 had the 3 color shield. We bought a decal to go on the brass plate from Dumont's Decals. You can find their web site by checking out the links page on this site. The decal is about $5, and you can also purchase new brass shields that are painted. | ||

Thanks very much for your help. This is the tractor that you have been giving information for for some time. It was pumping water out of the radiater and had a stuck PTO shaft. The motor is in the shop being rebuilt. I will let you know how this turns out. Thanks again. gef |
